The projects undertaken by Datapuls AI are based on the scope signed with the client and shall mention the objective and detailed scope in relation to delivery and sign-off of the projects.

Datapuls AI is very particular about any feedback from the client of our Product & Services. In case of non-deliverability of the project scope then within 120 days from the purchase date, we will refund the project cost on prorate basis except for non-refundable services stated in section C below. The refund processing time would be 10 business days by NEFT/RTGS. A partial refund can be processed, not exceeding up to 40% of the order value can be provided based on the authenticity of the case.
In case Datapuls AI is not able to fulfill the project requirments and based on the provisions signed with the client, the management shall make full refund of the amount in 120 days through bank transfer.
